FOR IMMEDIATE RELEASE: Seattle, WA August 9, 2008 — LiquidConcrete, Inc. presents a self-leveling, breathable water-based epoxy resurfacer, developed for high build, extreme high wear, and scratch resistance. Studded tires and sliding pallets can't seem to make dents in this coating. A finished industrial or decorative overlay that is resistant moisture vapor transmission without prior installation of a barrier coat, PK3 can be applied in areas subject to high levels of moisture vapor with ease. Apply PK3 to wet, green, or cured concrete surfacesÉ indoors or out. Tom Hippensteel, LiquidConcrete, Inc. Director of Sales and Marketing said: "one of the most versatile products available today, PK3 is intended for a variety of applications: breathable resurfacer, underlayment, adhesive, patching compound, and used as a seamless, finished overlay." PK3 offers a non-slip matte finish or can be top coated for high gloss finishes in a variety of colors. Typically, PK3 is applied up to 125 MILS (1/8") but it can be bulked up for trowel applications for deep fill or overlays. Rinsing with cold water is the only clean up requirement and believe it or not, it has a slip resistant finish when wet without adding grit, making it easier to clean. PK3 is resistant to oils, gas, diesel fuel, brake fluids, and hot tires. It also has no VOC's and very low odor, making it easy to work with. ### |

FloorPaintHD, a water-based epoxy coating with filler for high wear and slip resistance, fills porous and pitted concrete in one application by roller. It rolls on like paint, and wears like an overlay.
Don’t let the name fool you; this is one tough thin-top industrial grade polymer coating. It fills the gap between paint and thick coatings because it wears like a heavy-duty high-build system without the expense of a traditional high build coating. FOR IMMEDIATE RELEASE: Seattle, WA August 9, 2008 — LiquidConcrete, Inc. announces a revolutionary new concrete masonry unit treatment called BlockFill PLUS. Intended for industrial and commercial painters, as well as concrete restoration professionals, BlockFIll PLUS is a trowel applied water-based epoxy used on vertical or horizontal surfaces for patching and resurfacing.
With only 2 components to mix, BlockFill PLUS hangs sag-free up to ½” per coat on vertical surfaces without any messy fillers or thickeners. It does not flake, peel, or come off with grinding or sandblasting and bug holes do not reappear.
LiquidConcrete, Inc.’s lead product engineer, Roger Muma said: “try accomplishing all this with your standard epoxy putty… it’s just not possible. You should see BlockFill PLUS trowel applied overhead; it’s impressive.” BlockFill PLUS applies like modified concrete sacking with filler, bonds and wears like a high solids epoxy resurfacer, and can be thinned with water and then spray or roller applied to fill CMU or pitted concrete on vertical surfaces.
This product can be left as finished, top coated, painted, or sealed, and applied indoors or out. With no VOC’s and very low odor, BlockFill PLUS can be used virtually anywhere and clean up is even easier… rinse with cold water.
