URE-KOTE PF-60 is an ultra low viscosity, two-part polyurethane-hybrid polymer. When flooded into, or combined with, graded aggregates,URE-KOTE PF-60 solidifies to form a tough and durable polymer concrete in less than 10 Minutes.Experienced installers can achieve traffic ready times of 5 minutes, while less experienced crews, or those working extreme winter temperatures may see traffic ready times in the 20-30 minute range.Once in place, PF-60 serves as a high performance and resilient polymer concrete. PF-60 is capable of handling vibration, heavy traffic, and thermal movement by absorbing impact and minimizing its effect on the substrate.

Typical Usage and Applications

Simplified application equipment, FASTCAT®, siphons the nearly water-thin liquids (‘A’ and ‘B’) from their respective containers through separate hoses and mixes them in a mixing nozzle just prior to application.The mixed liquid is flooded or sprayed over graded aggregates, poured into cracks, or sprayed onto wood, steel or concrete decks, solidifying in one minute.PF-60 creates a resilient, impact resistant, polymer concrete for repairing and sealing spalls, potholes, cracks and expansion joint headers.
